Whole30 Day 1

Have you ever been sick and tired of being sick and tired?! LOL

Day 1 has been great so far, but to be honest I know the worst is yet to come slaying the sugar dragon. I’m already sensing a dull headache coming on. Another thing not working in my favor is all the junk I have been eating the past few months.

Here is what I tried today, so far I have to say I have felt FULL all day. Sadly the hardest part for me will be no beer or wine tonight while watching the Wild game with my husband (tradition).

I’ve taken my before pics and measurements (EEKS!). Will share those at the end!

My goal really is to keep things simple, maybe trying a couple new recipes per week. I’ve found keeping it simple sets you up for better success. Defiantly need to up the water intake!

Breakfast (very late): 
Bulletproof Coffee
2 Baked eggs with Avocado
2 Slices of Bacon (Peterson’s brand)

Handful of black olives

I made red potatoes on the side for Bob, those are also compliant now! He doesn’t even know he’s eating W30;)

This was SO good! Will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Nightcap: Apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water and lemon like a tea. 🙂
